JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an organized and proactive Section Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation and academic progress of a designated section within our school. The Section Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, supporting students, and ensuring that educational standards are met. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to managing both the academic and administrative functions of the section.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching or administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with KHDA guidelines and educational standards in Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of a designated school section (Primary, Secondary, or specific grade levels).
• Ensure that teaching staff are meeting educational standards and following the curriculum effectively.
• Monitor student progress and address any academic or behavioral concerns in collaboration with teachers and counselors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school policies, ensuring compliance with KHDA regulations.
• Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and school administration to address concerns and ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Coordinate and manage school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities for the section.
• Provide mentorship and support to staff, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Handle student discipline issues within the section, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
