Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Section Waiter with the following qualities:
- 2+ years experience as a restaurant host in a similar environment
- Excellent food and wine knowledge
- A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant
- Experience using POS systems
- Able to carry 3 plates
- An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
- Ability to support across other areas of the restaurant
- Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
