MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 Certificate and/or Tertiary qualification with Sectional Tile, SOS, HOA, and Paddocks experience.
- 2yrs to 4 years experience in Sectional Title Management with Body Corporates and Trustees etc.
- Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans both verbal and written skills.
- Valid driver’s license with own car and can work overtime at certain times.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and Arrange Body Corporate AGM & SGM meetings, record and type minutes and correspondence.
- Handling monthly levy invoices & statements, drafting lease renewals, Insurance Claims, Management of Records, and Report Maintenance, etc.
- Computer literate in Software Packages: Word, Excel, Pastel etc.
- Basic Accounting skills to draft BC Budgets and Calculate requirements of STSM Act Management Act, 2011 (Act No 8 of 2011).
