Join our team and manage a large caseload of LTD company clients investing in residential property, with a focus on BTL mortgages and bridging finance. Proven experience in residential conveyancing, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service are essential.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• At least 2 years relevant experience in Buy to Let Company purchases
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of using a case management system (we use Proclaim)

• You should have the ability to handle a large case load of predominantly LTD company clients investing in residential property with the assistance of BTL mortgages or bridging finance. An ability in handling bridging finance matters is desired but not essential.
• You will be asked to report on residential conveyancing matters including title and search reporting in lenders prescribed forms.
• You should have an ability to act for clients on either a dual or separate representation basis with their chosen lenders. An ability in acting for clients where the lender is separately represented is desired but not essential.
• You will have proven experience in residential property and will be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge in this area.
• You will ensure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at all times and you will strive to obtain positive feedback and online reviews and grow relationships.
• You will comply fully with all PLS policies and procedures.
