In this role, you will:

• Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
• Review and research trading situations, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
• Assist more experienced traders with complex trade situations
• Receive direction from leaders while developing knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with more experienced traders
• Review reports to identify and escalate issues
• Provide support with respect to short sale approvals, secured funding transactions and borrowing securities to facilitate firm deliveries

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay Range:

• Iselin, NJ - $60,800.00 - $108,200.00 *Salary range is determined by location of the job
• St. Louis, MO - $55,300.00 - 98,300.00 *Salary range is determined by location of the job
