Description
The COO division encompasses several departments supporting the client-facing teams, with a global presence covering a multitude of activities and client services including Operations, Finance & Tax, Information Technology, Credit, Human Resources, Security & Data Governance, Programme Management and General Services. It strives to provide both in-house departments and external providers with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently.
Mission
Maintaining and updating financial instruments in the bank Centralized Instrument Database (CID).

Main responsibilities

  • Opening and updating financial instruments
  • Receipt of requests for opening instruments from all business units, Private Banking, Asset Management, Treasury & Trading
  • Analysis and research of additional information (prospectus, offering documents, term sheets, data providers)
  • Opening instruments into Central Instrument Database either manually or automatically via providers
  • Entering additional information into Instruments Database
  • Continuous checking and updating information into Instruments Database
  • Prices and NAV updating either manually or automatically via providers
  • Performing controls to ensure quality of data
  • Checking prices delta and amendment

  • Experience in private banking: OptionalLanguage
