Description:

It is an exciting time to join the Security department within the Trust, we are increasing our team number with the creation of a fixed term post for a Security Administrator. We are looking for someone who not only brings their administrative expertise to this role, but values excellent customer service, has a good understanding of Security Service delivery and who takes pride in what they do. We place a high value on treating all patients, customers and colleagues with respect and dignity, and seek people who strive for excellence and innovation in all that they do.
The successful candidate will be adaptable to working within a team environment or autonomously and able to engage with colleagues across all departments, including senior leaders. You will have excellent IT skills, be highly organised in your work practises and understand the confidential nature of working with security or personnel information.
To manage the Security health roster, processes and performance of an administration service support team across the Trust sites.
To support the administrative process for planning and activities to ensure training delivery for all security staff in order to achieve a productive, high quality service.
To support the Security Information manger to audit Trust identification cards.
To ensure that quality and customer care standards are met consistently.
