Description:
At CatalystOne, we prioritize security and compliance, ensuring our clients and internal projects are safeguarded by the highest standards. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Security Advisor to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Drammen or Sandefjord.
Our team excels in drive, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can further enhance our ability to understand and integrate business needs into security practices. While we are strong in technical expertise, we need a Security Advisor who can bring a broader perspective and act as a key discussion partner.
REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and how it creates value for a company.
- Preferable knowledge regarding software development and cloud security.
- Strong understanding of risk identification, management, and mitigation.
- Hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and improving ISMS.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a minimum of a couple of years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in further developing our IT Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001. This is a varied and dynamic position where you will:
- Conduct risk analyses and follow up on vulnerabilities, implementing risk-reducing measures.
- Act as an advisor during security reviews for customers and internal projects.
- Continuously evaluate security status, report findings, and initiate necessary actions.
- Plan and implement security controls and measures.
- Advise on new technologies, oversee their commissioning, and train team members on their use.
- Onboard newly acquired companies into our security framework, which may involve international travel to conduct workshops.
