Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
This role will report to the Director of our Project Delivery team within the Government Services division. This role involves the execution of the centralized contract administration processes and procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate and manage the governance required for processing contractor security screening requests for applicable IO and Ministry projects and programs.
- Monitor the processing of contractor security screening requests, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolution of issues.
- Provide guidance to Service Providers in security screening activities, building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather data from various sources and ensure accurate integration into Power BI for contract management oversight.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Ontario Provincial Police and Ministry of Government and Consumer Services Contractor Security Screening team to ensure ongoing alignment and communication.
- Monitor the Contractor Security Risk Assessment process and maintain departmental records.
- Create and implement Process Maps and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure governance alignment
- Lead continuous improvement activities by providing input and recommendations for policy, procedure, and tool enhancements.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs.

- Education: Post-secondary degree, preferably in Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in security clearance processing, related to the oversight/management of the process
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with security screening software or processes, Microsoft Power BI, and knowledge of contract or project management is an asset.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to understand business issues quickly, and a client-focused attitude. Ability to research outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement
