About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supervising a team in the provision of security services, including physical and personnel security and incident response within a law enforcement environment (or similar).
- Experience contributing to personnel security (vetting) process with demonstrated critical thinking, sound judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire a sound knowledge of contemporary security, facilities and building management systems.
- Highly developed interpersonal, liaison and negotiation skills including the ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
