• Manage carpark applications, reports, security plans, SOPs, training guides, and access systems.
• Monitor overall security and carpark operations, including tenant inquiries and addressing issues or complaints.
• Prepare and call tenders for term contract services like security and carpark systems.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, parking fees, and complimentary tickets.
• Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues.
• Work with property management and stakeholders on carpark operations and improvements.
• Assist visitors and tenants with security-related inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain records of incidents and conduct regular inspections of security operations.
• Guide the security team in emergency situations and collaborate with law enforcement if needed.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly and annual reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
