Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced security and surveillance technician for maintenance and repair of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and card access systems. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing security and surveillance for our clients by deploying and maintaining state-of-the-art CCTV equipment and providing exceptional technical support.
- Perform routine maintenance of security and surveillance systems to ensure functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, wiring, and recording devices.
- Replace faulty components and repair or replace damaged cables as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical support to clients, assisting with system operation, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to service requests promptly and address any issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, installations, and service history.
- Prepare reports on CCTV system performance and recommendations for improvements.
