EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in the administration of security services in the public and/or private sector preferably.
- USA/Mexico-based trainings and professional networking success at the local and regional level preferably.
- High School is required, college coursework is preferred.
- Professional Spanish speaker, knowledge of English is preferred but not required.
- Five or more years of experience in security with multiple years of experience in security supervision and/or management preferably.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong supervisory presence, ability to lead by example.
- Eligible to work in Mexico, ability to obtain visa for travel to the United States.
- Ability to handle situations and communication while under pressure.
- Basic arithmetic, algebra, and statistics knowledge.
- Strong computer and technology knowledge.
- Strong security equipment and technology knowledge.
- Understanding of surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques.
- Strong understanding of the investigative process.
- Strong understanding of research data and intelligence gathering.
- Strong emergency procedures and first aids knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, direct, and report to Country Security Manager in complete confidentiality.
- Manage overall security measures to safeguard the physical integrity of employees and company assets.
- Supervise Security Group Leaders, Monitoristas and Security Guards in daily activities.
- Responsible for managing entry and training of guards from the external guard service.
- Develop and maintain local professional contacts and information sources.
- Oversee compliance with standards and other applicable internal regulations of the company.
- Develop effective procedures that allow the personnel flow control and identify conditions that may jeopardize the safety of personnel and property of the company.
- Responsible for promoting courses, training, and qualifying personnel under charge.
- Support C-TPAT initiatives to ensure compliance with requirements for certification.
- Perform initial reports of security incidents for investigation and/or presentation to H.R.
- Support the different business units with evidentiary collection as needed.
- Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of the CCTV system.
- Review the logs and information sheets generated daily and follow up.
- In charge of uniform and equipment purchase requisitions as necessary.
- Regarding local security purchases, interview suppliers, get quotes, and select best options.
- Supervise random locker reviews to prevent illegal activities.
- Supervise random visits/inspections by the K9 service.
- Supervise the Product Movement Tracking Program (PMTP).
