Job Description:
We are looking for a Security Architect for our Infinia engineering team who will architect, design, build and deliver components of Infinia security solution:
- Design and ensuring a ground-up implementation of good security practice in the Infinia SW.
- Design and drive the overall security-oriented developments to support the changing needs in a multi-tenanted and multi-protocol storage environment.
- Define meaningful metrics and deliver automated solution to validate the security of the storage solution.
- Define and maintain development standards, policies and procedures targeted for cloud-based storage solutions.
- Identify security risks and provide vulnerability tests along with correction and validation solutions.
- Drive design discussions, build prototypes and contribute to deliver high quality products.
- Collaborate with your teammates and integrate a group of passionate developers in an outcome oriented environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Storage and/or file system security engineering development and architecture experience are an absolute must have!
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of recent storage engineering technology and product development. Must be hands-on with code and able to engage at the code level with SW developers.
- Strong technical expertise in identity and access management for different file access storage protocols (NFS, SMB, S3, POSIX, etc.)
- Strong technical expertise on cloud technologies & architectural patterns. Key technology areas include Kerberos, LDAP, Active Directory, etc. and networking (routing, packet trace and analysis, containerization).
- Knowledge of parallel file system solutions (Lustre, GPFS), NVM storage technology or distributed key-value storage systems are highly appreciated
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and should be self-starter.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize, multitask, and work under deadlines in a fast paced environment.
