JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Security Concierge - Full Time Guard
Location: Downtown, Toronto
Payrate: $17.00 -$18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
SHIFT: DAYS
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our residential site in Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work day shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we’d like to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of Residential Security experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
