Description:

We are seeking a skilled Security Consultant with extensive experience in SAP security to join our team in Mississauga. This role involves managing and adjusting SAP roles and authorizations, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and proactively on various SAP projects.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with SAP security for SAP applications ECC, GRC, PI/PO, Solution Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of different user and role types, SAP Authorization concept, Roles/Activity groups, and User administration on SAP applications.
  • Ability to assess existing roles/profiles and adjust them based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with SAP Technical, Functional, Data teams, and end-users from the business and management team on projects, risks, and issues.
  • Act as a client-facing role, effectively articulating status updates, roadblocks, and mitigations.
  • Independently and proactively understand and translate project plans into deliverables.
  • Support end-user Acceptance Testing/Regress Testing.
  • Support/Lead various projects regarding SAP role design, modification, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the functional/ABAP team.
  • Explain, rationalize, and justify technical requirements and best practices to key client stakeholders.
  • Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Determine the size and scope for an effective SAP implementation from a technology standpoint.
  • Advise on SAP technical workflow and leading practices.
  • Manage project requirements and communicate with workstream leads or stakeholders on security issues.
  • Lead onshore/offshore teams.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience (minimum of 3 years in a relevant role).

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $62.41/hour - $97.52/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis
