Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
The Security Contracts Manager is responsible for the service delivery requirements ensuring all employees understand and comply with all aspect’s of Mitie policies. You will use highly effective coaching and performance management skills to deliver an industry leading security team for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations are covered using trained security officers.
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships and communications with the management teams, workforce, and client.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations, such as GDPR, Health and Safety and in accordance with the client’s own policies and procedures.
- Ensure operational delivery of the contract exceeds expectations, improve service delivery, develop lower-level managers and supervisors, through coaching and mentoring
- Manage the employees on all assignments to ensure that the operational delivery of the service is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the clients
- Provide monthly client visit and reports as required for regular review with the Operational manager
- Wherever applicable measure performance indicators to ensure standards are constantly maintained/improved
- Any complaints must be brought to the attention of the Operations Manager, logged in accordance with the quality system and remedied in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor labour turnover, absenteeism and performance standards
- Ensure that employees comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work
- Maintain accurate and up to date Assignment Instructions and review annually, security officers should be assessed to ensure their understanding and compliance.
- Regularly review quality procedures and endorse them.
- Monitor employees performance and appraise staff in line with company policy
- Attend monthly meetings with the client and operations Managers
- Organise Monthly team meetings within the security team.
- Improve staff engagement increasing the accessibility for feedback and encouraging company initiatives such as Mi Voice
- Ensure compliance with Mitie’s information security procedures in all activities
- Proactively identify and report security risks to your line manager
