JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for monitoring all U.S. Bank, and U.S. Bancorp systems worldwide from the U.S. Bank Security Operations Center. This fast-paced environment requires the coordination of company resources and outside agencies, including law enforcement, fire, Emergency Medical Services, and Guard Services. Individuals must be detail oriented, adaptable to changing circumstances, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to achieve and maintain control of stressful situations are required. Performs work on projects and initiatives, assisting in the assessment and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. May assist in report development and analyzing data. Provides guidance, support and recommendations to Lines of Business and assists in the implementation and enforcement of U.S. Bank security protocols.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically less than one year of applicable experience
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Security/law enforcement and/or military
- Central alarm monitoring/dispatch center experience
- Previous banking and/or property management operations
- Call center and/or customer service experience
- Basic understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
