Security Dispatcher and Shift Supervisor
Paladin Security is looking for two experienced Security Dispatchers for a high profile office tower in Downtown Vancouver. This is a full-time position, working overnight shifts (0000hrs - 0800hrs), with a pay rate of $24.50/hour.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year work experience in the security industry; must have a valid BC Security License
• Must have experience in a dispatch or security control center environment
• Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to make decisions, maintain composure, and take a leadership role in emergency response situations

• Monitor cameras, surveillance systems, oversee access control
• Utilize two-way radios and computer applications
• Dispatch site officers to incidents
• Report irregularities, such as security breaches and safety hazards
• Contact emergency responders as required and support them in their incident response
• Write detailed incident reports
• Conduct periodic foot patrols
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide first aid and medical response when required
