The Dispatcher is part of INWA Security operations, which is responsible for providing a centralized location for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information as it relates to routine and emergency calls for service in the INWA Region. The role operates much like a public 911 center but additionally monitors high risk areas through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
The Lead Dispatcher is part of the team responsible for providing a centralized location for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information as it relates to routine and emergency calls for service in the INWA Region. The role operates much like a public 911 center but additionally monitors high risk areas through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems. In addition, the lead dispatcher is charged with coordinating schedules and coverage and providing training for Security Officers and Dispatchers. The lead dispatcher is also the liaison with vendors of equipment and main point of contact for the department n the absence of a supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required within 90 days of hire: AVADE level 1 (de-escalation)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree
- 1 year of experience working in environment with urgent or emergency conditions
- 6 months of experience with 2-way radio systems
- 1 year of health care experience
- 1 year of experience in dispatching environment experience

Min: $16.24, Max: $24.82
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of prior call center or dispatching experience
- 9 months of experience using 2-way radio communication system
- Required within 90 days of hire: Complete AVADE Level 1 (de-escalation)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree
- 2 years Prior health care or emergency services dispatching experience.
- 1 year of hospital Security or Law Enforcement experience
