We are seeking a Security Education Training and Awareness Analyst who has experience providing support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the public sector. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth, development, and culture of an exciting and fast-growing company in the cybersecurity market. The Security Education Training and Awareness Analyst will have the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of support to a federal client and will be encouraged to grow as the organization expands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Ability to manage and maintain internal Security Education Training and Awareness initiatives.
• Experience managing and maintaining external (participants or beneficiaries) Security Awareness initiatives.
• Ability to track user compliance with agency Security Education Training and Awareness requirements (e.g., Rules of Behavior, Annual Training, Phishing Training).
• Experience managing the agency’s social engineering and phishing training exercises.
• Ability to continually reconcile any discrepancies between various sources (e.g., internal tracking, Azure AD, onboarding/ offboarding reports).
• Experience with managing and maintaining Security Education Training and Awareness documentation (e.g., desktop procedures, user guides).
• Experience providing Security Education Training & Awareness compliance metrics, reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to develop and conduct awareness and role-based training.
• Ability to design material for SETA using graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video, and learning content (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate) tools.
• Experience managing and administering SETA Software-as-a-Service applications and tools.
• Ability to develop low code/no code applications (e.g., PowerApps and Power A).

• Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems security operations.
• Develops and implements security standards and procedures.
• Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs.
• Applies know-how to user and special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures.
• Provides integration and implementation of the computer system security solutions.
