Security Engineer - Illumio Core

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Security Engineer - Illumio Core who will play a critical role in administering and managing IT security technology. Your responsibilities will include security updates, patches, investigation, resolution for managed devices, ticketing, configuration backup, availability monitoring, vendor coordination, and interaction with end-users and security administrators. You will also be involved in service reporting, patch/software upgrades, and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years working experience in managing and administering security solutions in large enterprise.
• Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment.
• Certification on related technologies.
• Use of troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, http watch, SSL Dump.
• Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
• Proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
• Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
• Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
• Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements.
• Being able to identify new work areas and to set new goals for themselves.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented.
• Ability to communicate / translate to customer-level.
