YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or security incident response team, including hands-on work with cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with security controls including Anti-Malware, Firewalls, SIEM, Authentication, Encryption, and Patching.
• Excellent communication skills across various management levels. Good English skills, both spoken and written.

YOUR ROLE

At Kuehne & Nagel, our IT team is at the forefront of delivering reliable and innovative logistics solutions. As part of our dedicated Incident Response Team, you will focus on both proactive strategies (Threat Hunting) and reactive measures (Security Incident Response) to safeguard our assets during security incidents. You’ll also play a key role in steering core IT products that enhance our cybersecurity strategy against potential attacks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incident Management: Quickly detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
• Cyber Defense Strategy: Design and implement the Cyber Defense strategy; manage essential IT security tools such as Antivirus, Proxy, SIEM, and Email security.
• Innovation in Security: Research and propose innovative, automated solutions for information security tasks.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in IT security.
• Vulnerability Management: Monitor, identify, and mitigate security vulnerabilities to address threats that bypass existing controls.
• Compliance: Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
