MISSION

• Managing Cyber Security projects (planning, architecture, deployment and maintenance).
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Design and implement appropriate security controls and measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to employees to promote best practices and security awareness.
• Manage and review security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation actions.
• Monitor and analyse security events and incidents to identify potential threats or breaches.
• Investigate security incidents, determine root causes, and develop effective incident response plans.
• Identify and assess potential vulnerabilities and risks in the organisation’s IT infrastructure and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all stages of system development and lifecycle.
• Subordinate of IT Cybersecurity team leader and collaborates with Infrastructure and Application developer teams.
