We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and a customer-focused security professional for a position of

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of security experience
  • A valid BC Security License
  • Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
  • Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma is required at a minimum, however post secondary education is preferred

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing)
  • Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
  • Strong organizing and planning skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Good physical condition

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting briefings for special coverage assignments
  • Conducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments
  • Assisting with alarm response and building patrols
  • Liaising between clients and site staff in emergency situations
  • Conducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issues
  • Conducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries
  • Delivering of uniform and other items to field staff
  • Auditing reportsOther administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management
