We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and a customer-focused security professional for a position of
Field Support Supervisor (Full Time).
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for field staff support and supervision. Strong knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures will be required. Other operational roles and duties in a supportive capacity may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
At least 3 years of security experience
A valid BC Security License
Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
High school diploma is required at a minimum, however post secondary education is preferred
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing)
Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
Strong organizing and planning skills
Ability to work without close supervision
Good physical condition
Responsibilities:
Conducting briefings for special coverage assignments
Conducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments
Assisting with alarm response and building patrols
Liaising between clients and site staff in emergency situations
Conducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issues
Conducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries
Delivering of uniform and other items to field staff
Auditing reports
Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management
