That’s why our team is looking to add a Risk and Compliance Manager to our Central Operations Team.
As a Risk and Compliance Manager in Central Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our broader GWS organization remains well-managed and in compliance with organizational, enterprise, and legal requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of risk management experience
- At least 3 years of project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of risk management experience
- At least 3 years of physical security or corporate real estate experience
- At least 2 years of control development and testing experience
- At least 2 years of audit experience
- Experience with PRIME / FUSE
- BPM certification
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple departments to understand processes and drive results.
- Bring subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to the discussion to achieve superior results.
- Lead regularly scheduled risk assessments (e.g., process level assessments, risk and control self assessment, etc.).
- Build strategies for new control oversight categories (e.g., tech, finance, etc.) and implement / test.
- Monitor for new applicable laws and implement processes / procedures to comply.
- Lead partner audits and provide strong support for regulatory / GWS audits.
- Serve as the primary GWS liaison between ES Risk, Compliance, and Legal for international expansions.
- Participate in and execute other special projects for the team on an as needed basis.
