Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing the organization’s security operations.
  • Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Organizing and coordinating asset protection activities, including entry and exit control (for both personnel and vehicles).
  • Handling mail processing and surveillance systems (e.g., cameras).
  • Managing alarm systems and fulfilling other assignments (e.g., escorting shipments).
  • Liaising and coordinating with authorities, contracted partners, and peer organizations (e.g., disaster management).
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal/external regulations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits.
  • Facility Security:
  • Ensuring physical security measures are in place and effective.
  • Managing security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
  • Implementing and overseeing security technologies.
  • People Security:
  • Providing travel security for employees.
  • Coordinating security measures for events.
  • Ensuring the security of employees outside Teva facilities.
  • Product Security:
  • Addressing illegal diversion and theft of products.
  • Securing the supply chain to prevent breaches.
  • Employee Life Cycle:
  • Conducting pre-employment screening and vetting.
  • Managing security aspects of employee separation.
  • Overseeing security onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Governance:
  • Conducting audits and managing risks.
