SECURITY MANAGER

Wilson Security is seeking a career orientated Security Manager to take the lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-profile Corporate client located in the Adelaide CBD.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Adelaide, South Australia whereby you are an Energetic Security Focused People Manager leading a medium sized team of employees.
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager that is up for a challenge in managing and leading Security team at a Premium Grade corporate property for our high-profile client located in the Adelaide CBD,
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires an individual that is dedicated to excellence and strive to achieve the highest standard of security and safety. Providing Superior customer service and compliance is a vital part of this role including maintaining key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Operational management and leadership of Security Officers including recruitment, facilitating inductions, and managing performance.
  • Implementation of security directives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Managing overall administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Providing an immediate security response and initiating corrective action in matters of unauthorised access and other offences

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Worked in a security aligned business, or similar.
  • Experienced leadership and management skills.
  • Decisive decision maker in high-pressure situations.
  • Works independently and as part of a team.
  • SA Security License
  • Any applicable Security qualification will be favourable
  • Current valid Driver’s license
  • Current First Aid qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership experience & ability to manage effectively in varying environments with different tasks, responsibility and people
  • Superior Customer service skills & resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Computer literate (Advanced) in MS Office and associated programs
  • Well-presented and lead by example
