Description:
TECHNICAL FOCUS AREAS
As a Security & Network Engineer at Keystone Solutions, you will apply your expertise in:
- Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto). Ensure compliance with network security policies, conduct security audits, and apply critical updates, even during off-hours if required.
- Load Balancers: Manage and optimize load balancer environments, enhancing performance for applications while implementing robust security access controls.
- Azure & Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure resources, focusing on high availability and security best practices.
- Office 365 Security & Compliance: Ensure Office 365 environments adhere to security and compliance protocols, preventing security incidents and ensuring data protection.
- Network Security: Develop and maintain security policies, conduct vulnerability analyses, and ensure overall security compliance across the clients infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this consultancy role, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in network security and engineering, with a strong background in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Azure Network Engineer Associate or Cisco Certified Network Professional are highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cisco switching & routing, Citrix Load Balancing, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Azure networking, Palo Alto configurations, SAN, and VMWare NSX-T.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in both English and French.

Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled Security & Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco hardware and Palo Alto firewalls for an exciting full-time consultancy mission. As a consultant, you will be deployed on dynamic client projects, working in collaboration with their teams while being backed by Keystone’s resources and support. RESPONSIBILITIES AS A KEYSTONE SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT
You will represent Keystone Solutions, bringing our core values and technical expertise to each client project. Your key responsibilities include:
- User Guidance: Educate and assist infrastructure users to ensure systems are utilized optimally and efficiently.
- Technical Design Development: Create and refine technical designs that align with the clients architectural requirements.
- Implementation & Upgrades: Perform changes, upgrades, and expansions to hardware and software, ensuring user needs are met while supporting new projects or system enhancements.
- Proactive System Management: Monitor and manage system alerts, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly with full follow-up until resolution.
- Process Improvement: Critically assess current procedures, proposing and implementing improvements within projects and the client’s department.
