Description:
WE NEED QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS WITH OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE SHIFTS.
Berman may change non-essential or essential employees’ work designation at any time in response to Berman’s operational needs in response to shifts and locations.
Essential employees are defined as anyone whose job functions is essential to the active operation of Berman, and subsidiaries. Essential employees are to report to work during business closure to meet operational requirements of Berman, and subsidiaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years security experience; prior hospitality industry experience preferred
- Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long extended period.
- Flexibility to work on any shift as needed
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional presence while on post and patrol and engage with guests and employees while maintaining a high amount of knowledge about the property
- Preserve confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets; support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect and help the team to reach common goals and comply with firm standards and expectations
- Handle all issues and complaints in a professional and composed manner during emergency situations; respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required, gather information and complete incident reports
- Operate motor vehicles
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
