REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid SIA Front Line Licence is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar security role is desired but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
  • A proactive and vigilant approach to security, with the ability to assess and respond to potential risks.
  • A professional and customer-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the security of the premises, including conducting regular patrols.
  • Handle access control procedures, verifying identification, and issuing visitor passes.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, including alarms, emergencies, and potential threats.
  • Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or violations of security protocols to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, security checks, and any relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the wider security team and other departments to uphold a safe and secure environment.
