SKILLS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION:

• Candidates must possess a professional appearance.
• Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to complete walking and standing duties for long periods of time.
• Excellent written skills are required for selection and continued employment. Daily/hourly reports and incident reports must be completed in a professional manner that clearly communicates the details of events. Security Officers must be able to effectively speak and write in the English language.
• Good computer skills are required, including the following: able to use a keyboard to correctly input information accurately and efficiently into software programs; able to navigate various software applications and the internet/intranet; able to write and send emails; able to restart/reboot computers and printers; possess a reasonable general working knowledge of computers.
• Must embody vigilance, diligence, and integrity
