SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage emergency situations.
• First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail, ensuring no potential threats go unnoticed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and integrity at all times.

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of the premises.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Document any incidents or irregularities in detailed reports for further investigation.
• Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and recommending improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
