JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and control access/egress points, ensuring only authorised individuals enter and enforce security protocols
• Serve as initial point of contact, welcoming clients, staff, visitors and contractors professionally and providing assistance
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorised access, inspecting areas for security risks and reporting incidents promptly
• Maintain open communication with clients, implementing security measures aligned with their needs and addressing inquiries promptly
• Manage access card issuance, maintaining accurate records and updating access privileges as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• SIA Licence
• Access to vehicle/good transport links
• 1yr+ Security experience
• RTW and 5yr checkable history including education and/or employment
• Good customer service and good English skills, both written and verbal
• Smart appearance
• Ability to patrol
• IT literate

With a schedule of 42 hours per week, you will be working a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 off and 4 nights on, 4 off.
