SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in IT and/or Cloud based Security
  • Knowledge of modern SaaS tools, Apple Mac, Microsoft 365, MDM, Jira, Confluence
  • Experience in Security monitoring tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Desirable: Scripting skills to automate security tasks

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Security Operations Analyst will work within our IT Operations and Cyber Security Team and be responsible for ensuring myZoi has a best-in-class approach to monitoring, analyzing and reporting on security incidents. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS security, O365 (MS Defender) and familiarity with securing cloud based workloads / security controls. The candidate will be assisting, troubleshooting and supporting our fantastic employees to help create an exemplary IT environment from which our company can thrive and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting on regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO27001
  • Document and report on security incidents
  • Utilize third-party compliance tools to monitor and report on regulatory compliance
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing evidence of security controls and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Review and apply remediation actions in MS Defender, MDM tools (Intune, JAMF)
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for security policies, incident response procedures, and compliance reports
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance security posture, staying informed about the latest threats and security trends
