We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Valid BC Security License
- High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- At least one year of experience in the security industry
- At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching
- Experience in an administrative and data entry role is an asset
- Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least 70 WPM

Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required
- Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors
- Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
- Responding to emergency calls and giving directionProfessionally communicating with clients over the phone and/or via email as required, with respect scheduling needs
