We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Valid BC Security License
  • High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
  • At least one year of experience in the security industry
  • At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching
  • Experience in an administrative and data entry role is an asset
  • Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least 70 WPM

  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately, assess and evaluate situations effectively, and take appropriate action

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required
  • Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors
  • Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
  • Responding to emergency calls and giving directionProfessionally communicating with clients over the phone and/or via email as required, with respect scheduling needs
