Security Operations Trainer

at  Australian Concert and Entertainment Security ACES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations
• Class 2D security licence

Hold at minimum one of the following:

• TAE40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment
• TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
• TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A and
• TAEASS501 or TAEASS502A or

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Security Officer
• Have current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning, including competency-based training and assessment.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified trainer to deliver the Certificate II in Security Operations course (with the view to deliver other courses).

As a Security Operations Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in educating and enhancing the skills of our students. Your expertise will contribute to elevating our students’ capabilities in handling diverse security challenges effectively.

• Facilitate training and assessment activities within a classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with the admin team to maintain and control student’s records
• Ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework / SLED conditions of approval
• Assist with validation of course resources
• Participate in continuous improvement.
