Good Guard Security is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Vehicle Patrol Officer to join our team. As a Security Vehicle Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises through mobile patrols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational and communication skills, be highly responsible, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Mobile Patrols: Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas using company vehicles to deter and detect suspicious activity, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
2. Observation and Reporting: Maintain a keen awareness of surroundings and promptly report any unusual activities, security breaches, or potential hazards to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
3. Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly, following established protocols to mitigate risks and provide support as needed.
4. Access Control: Monitor access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas, and verify credentials as necessary.
5. Documentation: Complete accurate and detailed reports on all incidents, observations, and activities during each shift. Maintain daily logs and records.
6. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and assistance when needed.
7. Vehicle Maintenance:Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned security vehicles, reporting any issues promptly to the maintenance team.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.
9. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain a high standard of security services.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security-related fields is a plus.
2. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
3. Proven experience in security roles, with a preference for candidates with prior vehicle patrol experience.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
6. Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
7. Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrols on foot and in a vehicle.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
9. First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
10. A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
