Description:
The mandate of the Integrated Security Services, Governance and End-User Environment Security Initiative Development Department is to develop technological and business capacities to support Security Office projects and initiatives. As a Security Product Owner for the Desjardins Fusion Centre, you’ll be responsible for cross-sector collaboration and finding synergies between security practices to protect members and clients. You’ll be responsible for developing our cross-sector incident response tools and driving the Desjardins Fusion Centre’s proactive, preventative and predictive phase to amplify prevention and data analytics. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. More specifically, you’ll be required to:
- Ensure the development the Desjardins Fusion Centre’s tools
- Work with different entities to ensure appropriate integration across the organization for the identification and detection cross-sector threats and responses to them
- Monitor structures, processes and solutions for the Fusion Centre
- Determine priorities and objectives to maximize the business value delivered
- Be responsible for defining and maintaining the product backlog
- Lead a multidisciplinary team from conception to implementation by ensuring that the roadmap in your security perimeter is respected

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT or a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant cybersecurity experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience as a product owner
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Experience in IT
- Experience negotiating with suppliers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Deep knowledge of general security concepts for cross-sector capabilities: identity and access management, data management, logging, automation and monitoring
