We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Barreal de Heredia, Costa Rica.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Project Manager ensures cybersecurity is built into projects to protect the organization’s critical infrastructure and assets, reduce risk, and meet organizational goals. Tracks and communicates project status and demonstrates project value to the organization.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Knowledge of information security and technical control requirements
• Assessing partner operations and identifying requirements
• Facilitate and manage administrative planning activities
• Identify and managing customer requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate with customers
• 2+ years of experience working with and/or supporting teams in the cybersecurity domain

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Planning: Track security intakes and engagements submitted by Humana Military
• Stakeholder management: Prepare weekly activity summary (statuses from above)
• Risk reporting: Consolidate existing metrics into quarterly security posture reports
• Risk management: Support tracking of Humana Military’s efforts to remediate known vulnerabilities
• Security controls assessment: Provide security risk assessment support and control recommendations as directed
• Security guidance: Create, recommend, and document high level security requirements
