QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of field technical sales experience selling and supporting cyber security solutions.
- Background from cyber security vendor preferred.
- Deep technical understanding of networking solutions and technologies.
- Self-motivated and ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude to remove obstacles and make sure your colleagues can besuccessful selling security solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal andexternal organizations.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% in your assigned region (EMEA).

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
Check Point is looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our EMEA technical experts team covering the Quantum solutions suite. You will be the face and voice of Security Solutions in EMEA, both internally and externally.
As a Security Solution Architect, you will hold an EMEA-wide overlay technical excellence position, reporting to the Team Lead of Security Solution Architects, EMEA. To excel, you must become a thought leader, trusted advisor, and spokesperson for Check Point’s SD-WAN, Security Management, and Automation Solutions. Building and leveraging key relationships will be essential for your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide specialist pre-sales support as a hands-on technical expert of our SD-WAN solutions with a focus on Automation technologies and large-scale network security management platforms.
- Provide technical project leading, project qualification and solution architectural design for major opportunities across EMEA.
- Be able to present a compelling business case at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from security professionals to CXOs.
- Foster growth by engaging with existing customers, net new prospects and key partners via internal channel and account teams.
- Understand and navigate customer requirements preferences, position the Check Point Network Security solutions to fit those, map gaps and work closely with product teams to identify, escalate, and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Prepare and give regular technical product reviews with a business perspective to the product management and R&D teams highlighting progress and challenges closing business.
- Grow to be a thought leader, trusted advisor, and spokesperson for SD-WAN, automation and network security management platforms.
- Lead the virtual team of subject matter experts.
- Develop and leverage meaningful relationships required for your success.
- Travel frequently to customers within EMEA.
