WHAT WILL IMPRESS US

  • Solid understanding of network security, enterprise software, and security product lines (firewalls, SIEM, et al.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at all levels with a business proficiency in English and German or another European language.
  • Track record of building successful relationships with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • A genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer success.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise software (CSM, TAM, Sales Engineering, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience with Vectra, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, or CrowdStrike or similar technologies.
  • Experience supporting high-touch, enterprise customers (Fortune 500 or similar)
  • Project management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
    What would impress us even more would be some coding experience in Bash, Python, Powershell, or API’s and some open-source development experience.

Responsibilities:

The Security Specialist builds strong customer relationships with a deep focus on technology. Their expertise empowers customers to succeed and connect and collaborates with the customer as well as multiple internal teams. We are seeking a dedicated Security Specialist in Europe, to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Director of Professional Services, based in Texas. You’ll use your deep security knowledge to become a trusted advisor for our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customers, as well as onboarding customers into our MDR/MXDR offerings.
