Security Supervisor (Full-Time)

at  McKinley Mall

We are seeking a full-time Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a working supervisor with security guard experience, supervisor skills, and will be responsible for:

• Managing and directing a team of Security Officers.
• Working with the public on a day-to-day basis.
• Customer and tenant relations.
• Training new and current officers.
• Patrolling the mall interior and exterior.
• Scheduling.
• Assisting with hiring and performance evaluations of Security Officers.
• Managing and following up on all security related reports.
• Responsible to report any safety hazards to management.
• Required to work Tuesday-Saturday with occasional Sunday and Monday.
• Reports directly to the Operations Director.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Supervisor and Security: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
