Security Supervisor - LG Electronics - Full Time
Position: Security Supervisor
City: 20 Norelco Drive, North York
Status: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday (0800 - 16000hrs)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Description: Working on assigned shifts, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols and responses to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of 8-15 guards
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with clients and management to ensure all site objectives are adhered to.
  • Report directly to management and client.
  • Train, coach, and support all staff on site and ensure all staff are fully trained and follow site policies and procedures.
  • You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents
  • Respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner
  • Display excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance
  • This role requires you to be physically fit and able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of up to 3-4 hours in between break periods.
  • Monitor for and escalate security concerns
  • Provide security presence and support
  • Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts
  • Work closely with local Law Enforcement and Emergency Services

  • Conduction periodic foot and mobile patrols as needed or requested
