JOB DESCRIPTION

• To supervise a team of officers and oversee the day to day security
• To liaise with the customer regarding any security matters
• To work with Microsoft 365 software applications, which complement the required site administration requirements
• To report any suspicious behaviour on or around the site, to the local site management team.
• To report any Health and Safety concerns (Including Near Misses) to the local site management team.
• To complete performance management with the team as and when required
• To oversee and handle any conflict which occurs in the workplace
• To assist with delivering team building activities/training
• To assist with any HR related matters as and when required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• SIA licence
• Drivers licence
• 5 tears security experience
• Computer skills
• Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred but not essential
• People management experience (Preferred)
• COMAH site experience or similar (Preferred)

• 42 Hours per week (flexible hours)
