Job Introduction

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead an experienced security team, fostering a hands on collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Implement and monitor security, health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections ensuring adherence to risk assessments, Safe Systems Of Work in line Sodexo & site procedures.
• Support the development of new weighbridge technology and logistics.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure achievement against all Security SLAs and KPIs.
• Complete detailed, accurate reports on incidents and observations

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5pm (Flexible daytime agreed hours to meet personal and business needs)
• 40 Hours per week
• £34361.60 per annum + Sodexo Benefits
• SIA & CCTV license funding available as both are essential
