At Victorian Plumbing, we’re more than just baths and basins – we’re a thriving online bathroom retailer and keeping our operation running smoothly is paramount. That’s where you come in!
As our Security Supervisor, you’ll be the guardian of our estate, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff, stock, and that all-important porcelain.
This is no ordinary security role. You’ll lead a team of 12 security operatives, ensuring they’re watertight on all procedures. Think: regular patrols, identifying security risks, and keeping a watchful eye for anything suspicious.
But you’re not just a drain stopper – you’re a motivational leader. You’ll unblock any challenges your team faces and ensure a positive, professional work environment.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading a top team: You’ll be the leader of this security operation, motivating and supervising 12 operatives across our Warehouses and HQ.
• Planning and scheduling: You’ll be the master plumber of staff rotas, ensuring adequate cover and keeping things running smoothly.
• Training the troops: From fire safety to access control, you’ll ensure your team is up-to-date on all the latest security measures.
• Keeping a watchful eye: Regular security patrols of both locations are a must, so you can identify and plug any potential security leaks.
• Liaising with the wider team: Working with facilities management, you’ll be the bridge between security and infrastructure, ensuring everything’s shipshape.
• Action stations! Responding to emergencies and implementing security measures is all part of the job description.

06:30-16:00 (9hrs)
