Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Security Systems Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems approved by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD). This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Security Systems Technician or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Smart Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Security Robotics SolutionsStrong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain security and communication systems, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Smart Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and Security Robotics Solutions
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues with security and communication systems
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers
  • Conduct testing, configuration, and commissioning of security and communication systems
  • Document all work performed, including installation details, maintenance records, and troubleshooting steps
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
