Description:
VOTRE RÔLE
Implementation of different security solutions (Managed Firewalls, FSP Cloud/Local, Flexible Application Access (FAA), Flex SSL VPN, SD WAN, CICv2, FIAv2, Intrusion detection and prevention, Zscaler)
Responsibilities include all technical and administrative activities related to the build, configuration, integration, testing and handover of security solutions.
Be the main point of contact for the customer, Project Managers, and the commercial team.
Obtain the overall picture of the customer’s needs.
Organize and lead regular meetings to update all stakeholders including customer on the progress of the project.
Advise the customer on the Security policies and recommendations depending on the Security platform subscribed.
Help and Advise the customer on the formalization of his security policy.
Follow the standard recommended by Engineering team during the implementation of the solution.
Organize and lead the migration of the customers’ current platform to newly implemented Security platform.
Make independent decisions and act regarding on-the-spot operational corrections within standardized practices and procedures.
Document the Customer Operation Guide (COG) for the benefit of the Customer.
Organize and lead presentation of the different portals to be used for the administration of the Security Platform to customers.
Organize and lead handover meetings with Support Teams.
Meet deadlines of migration as per customer.
Deal with international customers, partners, and other employees of OBS from all around the world (for example France, Egypt, India, etc.) keeping in mind their culture, way of working and time difference.
Decommissioning security devices
Conform to corporate security policies and code of ethics.
